Pascal Bartette – C.E.O
Pascal has held a number of senior roles within the oil and gas industry. He was the CEO of Reservoir Group – a specialist oil services group built in 2007 using UK coring company Corpro as the initial platform. With Philippe Cravatte, he expanded the Group from a regional coring company to a global leader with over 11 brands.
Reservoir Group was successfully sold to ALS Global in 2013, where Pascal was Managing Director of the oil and gas division, prior to joining Neo Oiltools.
Pascal has 35 years hands-on experience. He started his career in the field, before taking up various overseas postings with Security DBS/Halliburton. He later joined Corpro in 1999 as their CEO.
Pascal is married, has 4 children and lives in Dubai.
Philippe Cravatte – Technical Director
Philippe is the NeoTork inventor and founder of Neo-Oiltools. He worked as Technical Director for Corpro from its 1999 MBO. He then assumed the same position with Reservoir Group (2007-2013), latterly with ALS Oil & Gas (2013-2014).
Philippe also started his career with Security DBS in Belgium as a design and support engineer, specializing in coring and drilling tools.
Philippe has always been interested in tool innovations – he has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Gramme Institute in Liege and has registered multiple patents.
Philippe is married with 3 children and lives in Belgium.
Michael Bocklandt – Technical Manager
Michael started his career in 2005 in the aviation industry as a Design Engineer before moving into Product Management. In 2011, he joined Reservoir Group as a Technical Support Engineer and continued in this role following the acquisition of the Group by ALS Oil & Gas until 2014.
Following a brief position with a local engineering firm, Michael rejoined Philippe and Pascal and has been instrumental in the development of NeoTork.
Michael has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Gramme Institute in Liege as well as a Masters in General Management from the HEC-ULg University of Liege. He lives in Belgium with his fiancée.
